Trak-kit System
Standard Trak-kits support displays up to 500 lbs (226.8 kg).
Custom systems can handle up to 1200 lbs. (544.3 kg) for large displays or video walls (100″+ inches / 2540+ mm).
Ceiling or structural mounting must support both static and dynamic loads.
We can assist with design, engineering, and structural drawings.
Yes. Dual-motor or gantry-based designs allow for both. Vertical lifts are typically rated up to 300 lbs (136 kg) dynamic load, with precision positioning of ±2 mm under full load.
Yes. Motorized models offer linear, vertical, rotational, and orientation automation. Motors are programmable and integrate with third-party control systems. Contact us for actuator specifications and control protocols.
Yes. Custom brackets can support AV components with defined load distribution. Audio enclosures can be designed with tuned acoustic chambers and dampened mounts.

Installation
Easy Trak is DIY-friendly. Custom Trak-kits often require structural reinforcement, electrical wiring, or lift equipment. Consult a licensed contractor or contact us.
Yes. Our certified installers are trained for both residential and commercial projects.
Yes. Recessed installations require 4–8″ inches (101.6–203.2 mm) vertical clearance. We provide architectural drawings and coordination support. Ensure drop ceilings account for HVAC and obstruction clearance.
Installation manuals are included with your system and available upon request from our support team.
Electronics & AV Integration
Trak-kits include:
• Power cables (16/3–14/3)
• 2× stranded Cat6 cables
You may add your own audio, video, control, or network cables. All wiring is shielded and EMI-compliant—use flexible stranded cables only.
Select components are UL or ETL certified. Each system meets strict safety and quality standards. Although most systems are unique, all wire management components are UL listed.
We recommend HDMI-over-Cat6 instead of traditional HDMI cables, as HDMI is inflexible and prone to failure over long runs. Cat6 provides greater flexibility and upgrade potential.
Yes. Auxiliary equipment (speakers, cameras, microphones, etc.) can be mounted on the AV arm or rear brackets. Devices maintain alignment with display orientation. Back covers or artwork panels can also be mounted on the reverse side.
Yes. Trak-kit integrates with Crestron, Lutron, Control4, Savant, and KNX systems using RS-232, TCP/IP, IR, or contact closure protocols.
Yes. Brackets support dual-facing screens, static or rotating, as well as rear covers for artwork, acoustic panels, or branding.
Absolutely. We offer AV system planning, layout drawings, signal testing, and installation coordination.
